American Airlines Discount
World Championship competitors and attendees can receive a 5% discount on the lowest applicable published fare by using discount code 8342BJ. In order to receive the discount, book air travel on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only. Itineraries involving any oneworld or codeshare partner airline must be booked through our Meeting Services Department at 800-433-1790 if calling from the US and Canada. International attendees should call their local American Airlines reservations number with the above Promotion code. A ticketing service fee will apply for reservations made via the phone or in person at an AA counter.

United, Continental, Lufthansa, and All Nippon Airways Discount
World Championship competitors and attendees can save up to 10% on United Airlines and United codeshare flights operated by Continental Airlines, Lufthansa, and All Nippon Airways. Call your professional travel agency or United Meetings at 800-521-4041 and provide meeting code 590MN. For reservation assistance outside the toll-free United Meetings dialing area, contact the local United Reservations Office.

The 2012 VEX Robotics World Championship preliminary schedule can be found here. Wednesday, April 18th is an optional day. If teams choose to arrive on Wednesday, they can check in, set up their pit area and star inspection early if they wish.
