The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) has a long history of involvement with robotics competitions including hosting the annual Southern Maryland high school VEX championship. This year we’re excited to announce the first ever CSM Robotics Challenge - Collegiate Division!
The event will be held at the beautiful La Plata Campus in historic Southern Maryland, just a short drive or Metro ride to Washington D.C.
This competition is open to any college team who wishes to compete at the college level. CSM has a solid reputation for hosting robotics competitions with experienced volunteers, technical staff, and judges. This year we also have a new college team, the CSM Talons, and they are already making headlines with their recent Tournament Championship award. Whether you are a veteran team or if this is your first competition, we welcome your team to join us!
College teams will compete on Friday in the afternoon. Venue will open Friday morning at 8 am for set up, inspection and practice.
