Event Description

The Hawaii Council of Engineering Societies (HCES) and Pearlridge Center with the support of the McKinley High School Robotics Team, is sponsoring the HCES Pearlridge Invitational VEX Tournament as part of the 2012 Engineering Week in Hawaii.

Eligibility: initially, schools that do not have a team yet qualified for the World VEX Championships and are not participating in the Middle School Tournament at Stevenson Middle School; may be opened to other schools later

Eligible teams interested in participating should email art@higp.hawaii.edu with team number and school name.

One team (Team Excellence Award recipient) will qualify for the World VEX Championships to be held April 18-21, 2012 at the Anaheim Convention Center, and Tournament winners will qualify for the US National Championships.
