Event Description
PRIOR is proud to host the 1st Annual Latin American Robotics Championship. This "advanced" tournament will be for veteran teams that qualify. Also, will be a qualifier for the VEX Robotics World Championship. The goal of the Latin American Robotics Championship is to inspire students into STEM, and develop the engineers and scientists of the future.
Hundreds of schools from around the Island will visit the Coliseum and will see this VEX Robotics Championship.
Feb 3rd will be practice day which is optional for teams. Feb 4th to 6th will be the full competition days with qualifying rounds and playoffs. Teams need to first register in the VEX Robotics Competition to get their official team number, qualify in a official regional competition and then sign up for this Latin American Robotics Championship afterwards. We're looking forward to hosting the VEX Robotics Competition and "Round Up" game and can't wait to see all the teams in February.
