Event Description

Welcome to the 1st Annual MIDDLE SCHOOL ONLY Forsyth VEX Robotics Qualifier sponsored by AUTOMATION DIRECT. This is a tremendous opportunity for Middle schools to compete and earn a slot at Worlds where we will have our first ever Middle School division!

This event will be run in parallel with the Forsyth High School Qualifier. Same place, same time, same location.

THE WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT

1. Make sure your robot has the most recent master code (v10) - inpsection will go a LOT faster if you do.
2. Review the inspection Checklist
3. Fill out the consent forms (attached) for each participant
4. Place any Lunch Preorders you want (look for an e-mail about that next week)
5. Checkout videos of previous competitions in our area so you know what to expect (www.vexsouth.com)
6. Review the rules
7. Label ALL equipment
