Event Description
The College of Engineering and Computer Science at The University of Texas at Tyler is pleased to announce the East Texas VEX Patriot Challenge to be held Saturday, February 12, 2011.
This competition will be a qualifying event for the VEX World Championships in Orlando, FL in April.

The Competition will be held at the University Center. Parking will be available in Lots P3, P4, or P15 as noted on the Campus Map.
Teams may unload/load and enter from the front of the University Center (UC)

THE WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT

1. Make sure your robot has the most recent master code (v10) - inspection will go a LOT faster if you do.
2. Review the inspection Checklist and make sure you comply with all the listed items
3. Fill out the consent forms for each participant
4. Place any Lunch Preorders you want (an e-mail will be sent out next week)
6. Review the rules and check the official VEX forums for rule updates and changes
7. Label ALL of your equipment
