Event Description
This will be a laid back event to give your team a chance to test prototypes on an official field. In the morning, we plan on having a workshop for teams to share resources and test their bots on a competition field. Later in the day, we will test out the new Vex Net system and run through a few practice matches/have a mini scrimmage.

8:00 AM – Teams arrive and setup pits
8:15 AM – Schedule field times for teams to test out bots
8:30 AM – Opening ceremonies discussing overview of the day
8:45 AM – Begin practice field times
11:30 - Take a “Field Break” for LUNCH. Thanks in advance.
12:30 PM – Begin mini-scrimmage/practice matches
3:30 PM – Closing Ceremonies/Awards
3:45 PM – Begin cleanup
4:30 PM – All put away. Have a safe ride home.
5:00 – Doors closed. Alarms turned on!
