Event Description
We're excited to announce the 2nd annual Bay Area VEX Robotics Challenge hosted by Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose, CA. This event will be open to Middle and High School VEX Robotics teams, running all three challenges for the new Clean Sweep game - the Hybrid Tournament, the Programming Skills Autonomous challenge and the Robot Skills RC Driver Challenge. Top teams from this event will also qualify to participate in the 2010 VEX Robotics World Championship and the 2010 VEX Robotics Championship of the Americas.
Practice time for teams is Friday 10/30 from 6 pm - 9 pm. Doors open at 8 am on Sat 10/31. Inspections of robots from 8:00 - 9:30 am, practice matches from 9:00 - 10:00 am. Matches will start at 10:15 am. Playoffs will start at approx. 1:45 pm.
